Tam is the former Director of the Curatorial Department of the Artist Pension Trust. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she studied Art History at the Sorbonne in Paris. She then specialised in Diplomacy at the Herzeliya Multidisciplinary Institute in Israel and received her M.A. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from the University of Tel Aviv. She worked as a journalist and was Assistant Director of Espace Meyer Zafra, a Parisian gallery that specialises in Geometric Abstraction and is also in the Board of Directors of the Kulturspace Foundation in Berlin. Tam is now the Co-Founder and Director of Culturadora, a curatorial platform activating the next generation of art supporters by showcasing emerging international artists.
Alejandra Esayag received her B.A. in Art History from the University of Miami and her M.A. from Christie’s Education New York. Esayag is the former Assistant Director of Arevalo Gallery and KaBe Contemporary. Most recently, she was the head producer of the EFG-ArtNexus Latin America Art Award. Alejandra is now the Director of Culturadora and is leading the curatorial and educational platform in Miami in order to activate a new generation of art and culture lovers.
